| Hadn't stayed in Laughlin in some time... and I'm not real anxious to go back anytime soon. The hotel seemed very depressed (sign of the times, I guess). The carpets needed cleaning throughout the entire casino (the hotel part moreso than anything else, however). Lighting was dark throughout. Room was very stark - just a place to sleep. |

| my only real complaiant was the shower in the room low water preesur and the water rtemp went from hot cold ! |

| Great value, great staff, centrally located so you're not locked into one specific area of town. Cocktail waitress's are friendly and quick. Dining very affordable. |

| Very clean large enough for 4 people, very nice housekeeping, will stay again and recommended to my friends I hope prices will stay cheap so I can come back over and over again.... |

| Huge rooms. In need of a remodel but clean. Long walk to the elevators for the Bourbon Tower rooms. |

| OK the room was clean enough to sleep in although it smelled weird. the hallway is crazy long & it takes for ever to get to your room if you can even find it. There are not any good food deals here either. The Staff @ the brioler room left more to be desired. i wont be staying here again unless i have to. |

| Hotel is getting run down and needs a major renovation. Carpeting is worn out and rippling. Bathroom needs updating. |
