| couldnt open the balcony door for fresh air. The air condition did not get cool enough. I was sick and had to stay in my room, no room service to bring me sprite and toast. |

| For the price you get a lot more hotel accomodations that the others on the Laughlin strip. I had coffee in the room and two free breakfast buffets.
The hotel was large with a lot of different attractions like a movie theater with in walking distance, a level with old cars to check out and a large sports betting area. |

| To deliver or pick up luggage to from car always took "20 - 25 minutes" from time you called down for service. This exceeds most other hotels I've stayed at. |

| The entertainment here can't be topped. They have a bowling alley pool tables a big sports book. They have two night clubs. The room though need to be upgraded and don't like having to keep your hotel key in the air conditioner to keep it going. |

| Another great trip to the river! With four kids and a wife in tow, The Riverside is the complete package for river accomodations. With a movie theater, bowling alley and plenty of onsite food selections you can't go wrong after a day on the river! For the adults, Losers Lounge is always a riot and if thats not your scene on the second floor they have another club. The buffet and the Prime Rib Room are a must! The service is professional at all times. Thumbs up! |

| This hotel is great for families with kids. Much ammenities for kids. Staff was very very friendly. I had lost my cell phone at the river and it turned up at the registration desk. They called me to pick up my phone and while they waited fr me to pick up my phone they were charging my cell phone! |

| My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and will definitely be going back! The rates were great, there's plenty of activities for the kids - bowling, lrg arcade, movie theater, huge swimming pool. Hotel staff were friendly, the dealers and pit bosses were great, patient with newbies and didn't try to intimidate you like other gambling areas sometimes try to do. The breakfast buffet was pretty good and reasonably priced!
We're heading back in a few weeks! |
