| I WAS OFFERED A FREE UPGRADE AT NO COST. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, BED WAS COMFORTABLE AND APPEARED TO BE FAIRLY NEW WITH NO LUMPS OR VALLEYS.IT WAS A PILLOW TOP KING. VERY NICE HOTEL AND CASINO WITH CLOSE RIVER ACCESS. RV AND BOAT PARKING AS WELL AS COVERED AUTO PARK. THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT AND HAS A LARGE VARIETY AND PRICE DEPENDING ON YOUR BUDGET
AND LIKES. I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN |

| Room was clean but no other ammentaties, such as refrigerator,coffee maker. Bed was very comfortable. |

| Have stayed here before. No complaints with this hotel on anything regarding room, service, and how we are treated. Above average hotel. Not the best but certainly not the worst. Good value for the money. If on a budget and seeking bang for the buck, this hotel is a satisfactory selection. Sincerely, Wm.S.-- Brentwood |

| Everyone was friendly expecially Lorraine at check-in. Had a great time at the tables. Dealers were very friendly. |

| Well-appointed room, very comfortable and loved the wooden shutters on the windows. Such a nice touch! Tasteful decor! |

| Rooms were very clean, staff was very courteous. Nice selections of in house restaurants. Convenient as centrally located. |

| We especially liked the casino, not necessarily because it was "friendly", but because the air circulation was fantastic. This is a smoking facility, but they keep the air very clean. |

| We like to stay at the Tropicana Express. We booked 2 Queens, non-smoking, with a room upgrade for this trip. When we arrived, we were offered a King in a Smoking room. Not acceptable. The hotel staff did manage to find another room, and let us know that we didn't have to pay the difference for the supposed upgrade from what we'd paid for...but we learned that Hotels.com uses Expedia to book rooms. So why am I going to Hotels.com? The room we had was nice, beds were well worn and lumpy. At least it was smoke free. |
