| I checked in very late in the night at around 3:30 AM but was treated very rudely by the front desk person.
While booking the room I was promised a view of the mountains / river, but what I got was a view of the parking lot of the next hotel. |

| The hotel was nice and comfortable. I thought the price was good. I liked that it was directly acroos from the outlet center. I also liked the lighted entrance of the hotel, very appropreiate for the theme. |

| We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for 2 nights. There was something though, the shower knob got stuck 2 times, couldn't turn the water off so we had to call for maintenance to turn it off. It was kind of inconvenient. Also, the wake up call I asked for was an hour late. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. |

| The hotel, room and staff were fantastic. The pillows on the bed need to be more firm. The three that I used to sleep with, were not something to be desired. My husband used the other two and we both kept waking up trying to get a firmer feel with the "limp" pillows. Also, there was no makeup mirror in the bathroom, so you have to stand up and lean over the sink to put your makeup on. There is no mirror in the bedroom area either, so you can't use the desk to sit and apply makeup. |

| We have stayed here before but were disappointed that the buffet area was closed for construction. Would have appreciated knowing that before we got there. |

| The accommodations are very satisfactory. We upgraded to a river view (very nice) and we were comped the extra fee at the end of our stay. The beds were very comfortable. There were a couple of negatives; one was the food price (very high) - the quality of the food at the Cafe Aquarius was ok, but not worth the price. We had the Christmas brunch which was served in their Pavillon on the 2nd level. The quality of the food, the service and the decor were below par. I would have expected the hotel to do a better job. We understand they were remodeling their main dinning area and we can accept that, but they didn't go out of their way to dress up the open area of the Pavillon for the occasion. I felt like I was in a cheap open cafeteria. The decor on the buffet looked like leftover Easter decorations. But on a positive note we did find the staff extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is very spacious. I would highly recommend the hotel - we were just disappointed with the food. |
