| The carpets are buckeled badly and need immediate repair. We had ants in our bathroom and housekeeping said they would spray while we were out. We were gone all day and returned around 6 p.m. and there were still ants coming from the wall and in the sink...very disturbing.... they did move us to another room.... |

| Like the title says: Nothing is free to attract vistors to the gambling towns anymore, use to be able to have great and inexpensive food, entertainment, etc. Now that's by the wayside and there's no incentive to travel to those cities - We can get the same thing at the Reservation Casinos witout the travel and high dollar food, rooms, etc.
The hotel I stayed at, Colorado Belle, really needs an update - new rugs, furniture, bath fixtures, etc., place just smells old.
No free internet, no coffee maker in room, however, most casino hotels have the same policy - how cheap can you get!!! |

| I went on the internet and got good rates. Had a good time gambling. Even came away with a little. All in all, had a great time. |

| One thing for sure is don't look down at the carpet as you are walking to your room. It is dirty and coming up in many places. The amenities in the room were very poor, no blow dryer for the wife and only one pack of cheap instant coffee for the morning. All in all not a very high quality hotel. |

| The smell of carpet clean solution was almost overwhelming at first, but it faded after I opened the windows and let the room air out for a while. Overall cleaniness was par for the course for this resport area. The room was roomy, but then it was missing a lounge chair, desk and chair too. And what's with the missing on/off knobs for most of the lamps. You can't tell me that the maintenance staff didn't realize this, unless they cleaned the room in the dark. I can make do with most anything, but I would suggest a little more attention to details for those that are not so accepting of mediocracy. |

| Hadn't stayed in Laughlin in some time... and I'm not real anxious to go back anytime soon. The hotel seemed very depressed (sign of the times, I guess). The carpets needed cleaning throughout the entire casino (the hotel part moreso than anything else, however). Lighting was dark throughout. Room was very stark - just a place to sleep. |

| Great value, great staff, centrally located so you're not locked into one specific area of town. Cocktail waitress's are friendly and quick. Dining very affordable. |
