| My husband & I have stayed @ Edgewater off & on for over 12 years. It has started to show its age. Definitely needs an upgraded, new look, but not so fancy as to raise room rates. Overall its clean, we like the location, views & staff is courteous. |

| Everything was nice. However, we did not have a coffeepot. We had coffee though.
Also we could have used more wash cloths and towels. Over all we were comfortable. |

| Very friendly staff, we had 2 rooms at the Sedona Towers.
Nice and clean rooms with colorado river view. |

| We had a terrible experience. Our lock on our room door was broken and we could not get in our room without security and engineering opening it - then one of us was stuck because otherwise we would have to wait 15 minutes for maintenance to open it up for us.
I feel that we should have been comped the room for free - we had to stand in the hallway at 11:30 to get in our room after several trips back to the front reservations. |

| it is an older hotel/casino....still smells a lot like an ashtray when you walk thru it...better than it was after they recently painted it...but the smell still lingers. |

| We only went to the breakfast buffet and didn.t care for it... We went late so I think maybe there wasn't to much fresh breakfast food left... When you pay $7.99( didn't get our players club card before we went, so had to pay full price) no matter what time you go,the food should be the same as if you went early.. Other than that we loved our stay.... |

| great location with access to all nearby casinos...good buffet for the price...just an all around great value for anyone on a budget and looking for a decent place to stay. |

| If you're looking for a place that's great.. keep looking. This is just an average hotel/casino with average rooms and average customer service. Not horrible not great. |

| Had a wonderful stay at the Edgewater. The front desk staff were very nice and gave me the room I wanted. I asked to be on an upper floor away from everyone, so that it would be nice and quiet. Not only did I get that, but I got a river view room as well! Couldn't be beat for the price I paid. |

| I liked the overall Hotel. Staying there is convenient and geographcally set for our needs. The rooms, however, even the higher up ones, do need an upgrade...Especially, the linens Paisley went out a very long time ago. The TV does need an upgrade. Even though, you gamble, eat and listen to live music, etc. sometimes you do need to take a break and just hang out in the room. We always like to take naps in my family. With that said, the Hotel, for its price and location, is definely a good deal and I would recommend it. |
