| The hotel staff was very pleasant and professional. The bed we had was one of the best beds that we had ever slept on while traveling. There is a walkway behind the hotel, next to the river, that made it easier to get from place to place. |

| Das Golden Nugget Hotel und Casino ist ein überschaubares Hotel - klein aber fein. Gäste mehrheitlich ältere, typisch amerikanische Casino-Gäste, die Laughlin dem teuren Las Vegas vorziehen. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Colorado - River. Vom Pool hat man die grandiose Aussicht auf den Fluß und die Berge in der Ferne.Die Zimmer sind einfach und sauber. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.
Das Personal freundlich und kompetent. |

| Nice hotel with some good restaurants like Joe's Crab Shack. The primary casino though is full of smoke with it's low ceilings. They did have a separate, small, room, for machine gambling that was smoke-free. They charge too much for wireless connections to your computer. Quick valet parking service and close, self-serve garage parking. |

| The Best part of staying at the Golden Nugget was the fact that I lost my camera. I asked an employee and they immediately took me to the lost and found. The security there found my camera in the back. I was astonished and grateful, never thinking someone would turn it in. Just goes to show there are still plenty of good people out there.
The next best thing was the Saltgrass Restaurant, it was so good, we had dinner there the two nights we stayed there. Thank you Memo and Rebecca our servers for each night. It was a delicious experience and your customer service is excellent! |

| Hotel très bien, chambre pas chère mais tout est payant : internet, petit déjeuner.... Cela reste tout de même un hotel de qualité. |

| I booked this on the day we stayed on Hotel.com
I got what i thought was a good price for a premiium courtyard. On arrival they gave me a room on the third floor. It was unfortunitly overlooking the carpark. I was very disapointed, I went to the reception and asked another receptionist if that what they concidered a premium courtyard. She relooked at my Booking and agreed it was not what I had booked. She was very good and relocated us to a different room. which was overlooking the courtyard.
So be aware of what you have booked and just check it is the correct room. |
