The front desk clerk was real friendly however it was way too hot in the lobby and the AC in the room did not cool the room off for many hours.

Boiler had been replaced recently. Hot water was tepid, cold water was steaming. Spa heater has been broken for about 5 years. One ice machine on property, out of order. Front desk has mount and cable for security camera, but no camera. Desk clerk I encountered was also Maintenance and Housekeeping. Breakfast ammenity was a 12-cup coffee maker, kind of rough going down. Hotel is poorly managed and maintained. Stay is not recommended unless there's no more space under the nearest overpass.
