Recent Harrahs Casino Review: "This was our first time to Laughlin. Most trips we encounter some problems, this trip everything went so smoothly. The first example of great customer service was the valet workers. I always feel like customer service is key in any business and the front desk staff was efficient and courteous. There were 4 people working the desk so our check in went  smooth and took a few minutes. I always feel I need to check the beds for comfort and with the pillow top that was provided it was very comfortable. Another problem we've encountered at other hotels was the toilets always seemed to have a problem. These ones were great! The ventilation was great, no smell of smoke. I was disappointed that there wasn't a coffee machine in room, however the second day, housekeeping dropped one off. A pleasant surprise. Also, I am used to a full sized turbo hairdryer, and the wall models they provided had to suffice because I left my dryer at home. There were 4 meduim sized down pillows for a king bed, and I am used to having up to 8 on my king so I was glad I brought at least one from home. The Beach Cafe had a diner feel...good food, the staff was helpful and courteous. I especially enjoyed breakfast there. The buffet- the staff was pleasant and helpful. The pastas, and pizza didn't really have a taste. I couldn't really pinpoint was missing. The lasagna was tasty, Asian food was tasty as well. They offered prime rib and turkey almost everyday. I don't eat prime rib so I didn't taste that, the turkey was a little dry. The one thing that was memorable was the shrimp, whether it was the crispy style or the peel and eat...they were both great! The salad bar had most of the usual stuff. I enjoyed the different choices of fruit salads and desserts. The Ranch restaurant always had to have a reservation and usually didn't have room until after 8. Casino- had some of the machines that we were used to. We won and enjoyed that entertainment. The hotel's own Gift Shop offers all the Harrah's logo merchandise, as well as World Series of Poker apparel. Then there is The Boutique which has all your needs in mind when it comes to designer clothing and shoes for both men and women. Laughlin's has it all with one of the largest Outlet Malls in Nevada. The Horizon Outlet Mall is 2 stories and 55 stores offering top brand name deals and savings, complete with a food court and a state-of-the-art cinema complex.

Activities
The Riverwalk takes you right along the river's edge where you can enjoy the scenery while on your way from Harrah's to any one of the nearby hotel casinos. The Riverwalk is home to many events throughout the year, along with the riverboat tours and river taxis.

    We offer high-speed internet in our rooms for $10.95 per day usage. (Fee subject to change)

    We have recently installed three internet kiosks on our property. They are located adjacent to the Gift Shop, adjacent to the Central Tower Elevators (outside of Boutique) and near the Arcade entrance. These kiosks will allow you to print boarding passes for commercial flights, check personal email and perform any internet related functions. The kiosks are also equipped with a printer, are very simple to use and accept both credit cards and cash.
