| the only matter I would address is the windows. they were not clean, I was on the river side of the hotel and the stains on the windows did detour from my view. |

| Our sink would not drain properly.
It was worked on several times, but still was not right.
We did enjoy our stay other than that. |

| Unexpectantly nice. Quite frankly I was impressed with the place. The only complaint was the fact that they had a Denny's instead of their own coffee shop. Very relaxing weekend. |

| The check in process was slow. Rooms were average but very clean. No fridge, microwave, coffee pot. Great value for the money. Will stay again |

| The River Palms rooms were the same quality as the Harrahs. The beds were super comfortable better then Aquairus beds. NO coffee maker in room and fridge was an extra $10. Service was great!! |

| iT IS AN OLDER HOTEL THAT NEEDS SOME WORK BUT FOR THE MOST PART THEY ARE TRYING TO KEEP A GOOD CLEAN HOTEL. |

| This was a last minute trip for a weekend getaway & I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a hotel. So I saw the price for the rooms & it looked nice enough. The bed was super comfy and the room was reasonably clean. The walls had some scratches and there were some holes in the walls but the bathroom was clean. I have definitely stayed in worse hotels.. lol.. so this was just fine for a quick getaway for a good price. I don't know if I'd stay here again especially since I have seen a couple of other places.. it would depend on the price. But all in all.. a nice stay. The hotel just needs a bit of maintenance in the rooms and such. |

No free coffee in room or hotel.
