STAFF WERE VERY UNFRIENDLY. IF THEY DON'T WORK A CERTAIN SECTION OF THE HOTEL THEY JUST BLOW YOU OFF AND TELL YOU "I DON'T KNOW". WE WAITED 2 HOURS TO BE SERVED AT THE RESTAURANT DOWN STAIRS. THEY DID NOT EVEN COME BACK TO REFILL OUR WATER THE WHOLE TIME. WE GOT UP AND LEFT WITHOUT EATING BECAUSE OF THE HORRIBLE SERVICE.

The only complaint we have is that the pillows were extremely flat. Other than that, everything was fine.

The hotel was ok, no window to open but a nice view. Not up to date as far as decoration but clean and sanitary which is more important. Free breakfast since we booked online, EXCELLENT food. Very friendly staff, the girl that checked us in was actually from our town. It was only ok for us, I don't think I would stay again.

At check in the clerk was abrupt and borderline rude. We were supposed to get "2 free breakfasts for 2". To me that means 4 breakfasts. We were told it means 2 per stay not per day. Bologna. The bed was horrible. The bathroom appeared to be clean until you closed the door. There was a huge pile of long black hair, that didn't belong to either of us. A couple of the supposed to be white bath towels were more gray than white, looked like they had not seen any bleach in quite a while. They have the windows welded shut so you can't enjoy the river breeze. The windows also had forehead grease from previous guests. Needless to say, we won't be staying at the Riverside next year.

I was not sure we were going to be able to check in because it was before the check in time but there was no problem. Things went smoothly, very pleased with the check in. Had a little trouble finding the room. Went to the wrong elevators first. Got to the room and found that it is required to leave a key card in the "A/C Slot" just inside the door in order for the A/C and the hall light to work. Not really a fan of that idea. Room could get HOTT during later months in the year. I understand the logic behind it though. Overall a nice stay, cleaner that the last time there. Elevators seemed to slow a bit when the crowds showed up. Will stay there again.

Check in was a breeze and they had everything as promised. They are eco-friendly which I was surprised about but pleased.

couldnt open the balcony door for fresh air. The air condition did not get cool enough. I was sick and had to stay in my room, no room service to bring me sprite and toast.

For the price you get a lot more hotel accomodations that the others on the Laughlin strip. I had coffee in the room and two free breakfast buffets. The hotel was large with a lot of different attractions like a movie theater with in walking distance, a level with old cars to check out and a large sports betting area.

To deliver or pick up luggage to from car always took "20 - 25 minutes" from time you called down for service. This exceeds most other hotels I've stayed at.
